Adding new users to GSX

Beginning August 13, 2017, adding and managing new users to GSX must be accomplished by using the MyAccess invitation process and user management.
Administrators will use MyAccess (https://myaccess.apple.com/ur) to invite users to apply for access to GSX. Review the instructions in Managing GSX user access (OP1891) to invite new GSX users and establish their Roles and Privileges.
Users can apply for GSX access by following the link in the invitation email they receive. Instructions for answering a MyAccess invitation can be found in Answering MyAccess invitations (OP1473).
Service providers are encouraged to establish internal communication processes providing new users with instructions on how to contact their GSX Administrator to arrange for the GSX access invitation.
Note: The internal communications process should contain information available in Answering MyAccess invitations (OP1473) as potential users do not have access to GSX and cannot access the article to follow the instructions.
As a reminder, Apple will automatically transition all existing GSX users to the new MyAccess system with all their existing Roles and Privileges. Existing GSX users do not need to take any action.
